What are you payment terms?
We take one month advance service and one month service charges equivalent as security deposit. An additional security deposit is required if room changes are made. The security deposit is fully refundable at the end of contract period subject to non-renewal of the contract. On your exit the security is returned. 99% of our clients redeem the security deposit in full. Terms and conditions may change without prior notice.

For services being offered we need the comfort that the client does not take the services and leave without paying. Even though there are several recourses available to recover money, however, we choose to avoid the hassle.

Why is the security deposit taken?
The security deposit is for three things primarily. One, that the notice period is honored. Two, the contractual terms especially the agreed period is honored. Three, if there are breakages or damages then as recovery amount the security deposit is taken.

For the vast majority of clients the amount is exactly the same to the rupee. However, additional payment is made for printing services, food and drinks taken, major damages. So you can be comforted that there are no hidden charges.

Facilities are 24/7 meaning open 24 hours for all days in the week.
With regards to usage, however, the quoted rates are for 9am – 9pm , 12 hour usage. For additional usage the charges are additional.

Ra’ad is named after an Arabic word which means thunder/lightening. Ar- Ra’ad is also the 14th surah of the Quran with 43 verses in the 13th para/ Juz . In the beginning of 13th Ayat of the Surah, translated as ,”The thunder glorifies His praises…” We also plan to build an institute to serve Allah swt’s creation in whatever little way possible. Secondly , in ayat 12, which is translated as,” He is the One Who shows you lightning, inspiring ˹you with˺ hope and fear…” . So the thunder inspires hope of oncoming blessing filled rains and displaying pathways in the darkest of nights and inspires fear with its strong , loud sound, sudden striking, possibility of destructive weather-similar to this is the feeling of starting your own business , the hope it will take off and become big and the fear it will fail and one will lose out on time , money ,effort etc.

All our centers are accessible with public transport with a walk under 5 minutes.

We follow government protocols. Have sanitizers, masks, thermal guns, walk through sanitizer gates. Our timings vary as per government of Sindh and government of Pakistan protocols. NCOC issued instructions are followed

If space is available and no amendments are requested then you can begin immediately. However any amendments are mutually agreed and timeline for the same is given.

Washrooms are kept clean .We aspire to wash each washroom every two hours. However due to public use and at time unexpected foot fall the washrooms may be dirty partially. You may request a cleanup before use.

Yes we do have virtual offices but due to high risks involved in offering these very select customers are offered these services

Very basic IT services are offered without charges, however, advanced solutions are offered for additional charges. From website to app development everything is available in house,. You will iA meet many aspiring IT freelancers and engage them in services as desired. Separate charges apply

Yes we offer mail, call and reception services as value added services. Separate charges apply

Yes we do not give services to politically exposed personnel (PEPS) or anyone with a criminal record

Yes you may schedule a meeting and based on your requests these packages and services will be approved

Basis shared internet is included in our services. However, more internet , dedicated internet or whitelisted IPs need to be taken with your own company ID or individual record. This is because of the nature of legal repercussion involved.

Internet speeds are limited to 2mb per person. However, Gbs downloaded or uploaded are not limited for main connection. Backup connections have limitation of 1Gb per person per month
